Reverend Bernard S. Hill, Sr is a native of Amelia, Virginia
Pastor hill is a graduate of Ameila County High School; received his associate degree from Virginia Seminary and received a Bachelor's of Science degree from the College of Lynchburg. He earned his Masters of Divinity from the Virginia Triumphant College and Seminary of Richmond, Virginia.
Rev. Hill Served as interim Pastor of the Reed Rock Baptist Church; Pastored the Promiseland Baptist Church in Amelia, Virginia and has been the Pastor of High Rock Baptist Church for thirty-seven Years.
Reverend Hill and his wife, Consuella Robinson Hill, are the parents of four children and the grandparents of four.
